Guest Services at Universal Studios Tours: There are many services that will help you enjoy your day at Universal Studios, and you must definitely take advantage of what applies to your situation. People at Universal want you to have a positive experience, and this service is intended to help you do that.

There is a 'Will Call' service located just outside the gate. Here, you can have tickets purchased online reprinted if necessary, get ticket reservations, or put your pet in the cage. Also located outside the gate is the Group Sales Window. Here, you can renew your annual card, or replace the lost annual card. The Annual Pass Center is also located here.
The Guest Relations booth is where you will find visitor information about hotels, campsites and other interesting things to do in the area. You can also get help and guidance for disabled guests and audio assistance units. Travel assistance, lost and found, and missing children's centers are also located in and near the Guest Relations booth.
Chairs and wheelchairs are available for rent at the top lot. Lockers, where you can store items for the day, are also available. The ATM machine is located at the main entrance and in the lower area by Jurassic Cove Café. You can use a travel check and credit card at the ticket window and in gift shops. Checks are not accepted at Universal Studios, and proper identification is required for credit card usage and travel checks.
First Aid is located in the upper lot near Animal Planet Live. There is another first aid station inside the Jurassic Park Visitors Center, which is located in a lower place. There are eight designated smoking areas, which are shown on the park map. Smoking will not be permitted in other areas of the park.
You must also take advantage of the Package Delivery Service at Universal Studios Tours. This service will allow you to buy merchandise, and then take it near the exit before you leave. The package collection is located near Universal Film Company.
Again, all these services are designed to make your visit to Universal Studios Tours more enjoyable. If you have a problem in the park, including a problem is a situation that is not discussed here, you should find a staff member and ask for help. They will do everything in their power to help you fix your problem, and continue with your Universal Studios Tour.
